As we go a little past the half mark of the year, a lot of people may have given up on their January or July resolutions for 2021. I will never forget what my dear friend Toyin shared with me during our university days. She said her mum always says "It is your morning whenever you wake up".
What I am simply trying to say, as we will learn from this article is not to be so hard on ourselves, and when we don't realise our goals in January or July, we can set yet another one in August.
