No Room For Small Dreams by Shimon Peres

No Room For Small Dreams by Shimon Peres

This is arguably one of the best and most insightful books I have ever read in my entire life and I cannot at this moment count the number of copies I have shared.

No room for small dreams tells the story of a young Jewish man, who moved back to his homeland Israel and was called to join in rebuilding the nation.

Peres who later became a Minister of Foreign Affairs, Defence and Prime Minister of Israel wrote about both his formal and informal training, various key decisions he took at each level of his career, even as a young man with no prior experience in policy governance, or anything related, some of which are the most talked about events involving in our lifetime. Without first-hand experience in engineering, diplomacy, aviation, military and much more, the lifespan of Peres’ career touched on these varied thematic areas, which resulted in ground-breaking advancement for Israel. His confidence, boldness, intelligence and a `can-do-it’ attitude stood out the most for me. This made Peres always appear prepared. Peres simply applied himself. Whether you are into economics, law, politics, administration, government, business or whatever your career path, this is a mind blowing and shaping wealth of knowledge.
