The Public Service Rule Review

The Public Service Rule (PSR) is an important tool that governs the actions of public servants at work. This binding document is to be revised every 5 years; however, the PSR's last revision was in 2008, which is invariably long overdue. Among many other revisions adopted in the 2021 PSR, some striking ones include the introduction of Paternity Leave, Leave Recalculation, Transition to a Digitalised System, and more.
